Shaunice began her professional truck-driving career on September 22, 2019. Her firsthand experience informs the company's commitment to realistic scheduling, driver safety, respectful leadership, and dependable business relationships.

BEFORE YOU APPLY
Driver qualifications & schedule
We are planning local cargo-van opportunities in the Shreveport–Bossier area. Review these proposed standards as the hiring program develops.
Driving & safety
- Valid driver's license suitable for the assigned vehicle
- At least two years of licensed driving experience; professional delivery experience preferred
- Driving record acceptable to our commercial auto insurer
- Preferred: no more than two moving violations and one at-fault crash in the past three years, subject to individual and insurer review
- Serious violations, suspensions, and impaired-driving history reviewed under insurer standards
Reliability & availability
- Regular routes planned primarily Monday–Friday
- Occasional Saturday or Sunday shifts may be offered; weekend interest is optional
- Regular and relief/backup driver opportunities anticipated
- Reliable transportation to the assigned Shreveport–Bossier vehicle parking location
- Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation

VEHICLE SAFETY & MONITORING
Know before you apply
Planned DLS Xpress company vehicles will have GPS tracking and both road-facing and driver-facing cameras. Monitoring may support safety, incident investigation, vehicle security and route verification. Recording hours, audio settings, footage access and retention will be disclosed in the final policy before driving begins.
Applicants will review and acknowledge the complete policy during onboarding. This is a pre-launch disclosure, not a live recording system.

Hosting and service providers. The published website is intended to use Netlify for hosting and form processing, including spam prevention. Netlify may process the information entered in the form and routine technical data needed to provide and secure the website. If you choose to email us instead, the respective email providers handle the communication. We have not installed advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts in this package.

Pre-launch status. DLS Xpress LLC is preparing for local cargo-van transportation in the Shreveport–Bossier area. This website does not represent that routes, vehicle capacity, employment positions, or service start dates are currently available.
Future growth. References to box trucks, semis, expanded service areas, or additional transportation capabilities describe possible future plans, not services currently offered.
No binding quotes or contracts. Website descriptions and inquiry forms are informational. Services, pricing, routes, insurance requirements, and contractual terms must be separately confirmed in writing before any engagement.
Website content. We aim to keep information accurate, but website content may change as operations develop. Do not use this website to tender shipments, submit job applications, or report emergencies.
